Born and raised in Durham, NC. Shelby received a B.F.A in Illustration from Ringling College of Art and Design in 2015. She lives with her two cats in Durham, where she currently works as a freelance artist and writer.

She is currently the head writer and illustrator for the NEOKOSMOS series of web novels.

In her free time, Shelby enjoys spending time with her partners, writing science fiction stories and playing with her two cats: Roxy and Sneep Snoop.
